History:

Savehaven prisoners were genetically altered before the prison was flooded with toxic waste. Some of the prisoners survived.

Abilities: The spitter probably one of the weakest boss zombies in the game. Can spit out toxic water/waste out of its mouth hurting the player/zombies nearby.

Tips: When spitting toxic water/waste everywhere comes a disadvantage and that is it cannot move after the player. Take advantage of this and open hell at it when it stops.
